I’m coaching a local volleyball team and we’ve been struggling a bit with team coordination during fast-paced matches. Specifically, we often have issues with players overlapping zones or hesitating during transitions between defense and attack.
Does anyone have practical drills or training tips that have worked for you to improve on-court communication and positioning awareness? I'd love to hear how others have tackled this kind of problem — especially with amateur or mixed-experience teams.
