Hey folks,
I keep seeing people in tech forums and YouTube comments say that Linux is better for programming compared to Windows or macOS. I’m currently using Windows and just started learning Python and a bit of web development, but now I’m wondering if I’m missing out on something important.
Can someone explain why Linux is considered better for developers? Is it just about the terminal and package management, or are there other advantages I should be aware of before switching?
Appreciate any insight—especially from those who’ve actually made the switch.
Thanks!
